Bike messenger companies often have to handle sensitive information from hospitals or medical labs, visa services or just private homes.
Raccoon does not store any sensitive data like customer names and addresses. By tightly integrating with an off-the-shelve CRM System, customer data is not stored in Raccoon.
Audit Log
Raccoon records every change to its entities like orders or shipments. For example, creating an order is recorded as an event and so are all later edits, like setting a billing customer or creating and adding a shipment. For every event, date, time and user are recorded.

With this, the editing history of every entity in the system can be reviewed. It is always very clear when and by whom a shipment or order has been created, changed, picked up and delivered. This enables answering customers’ questions precisely on how an order has been fulfilled.
It also opens up great possibilities for analytics:
- How long is the mean time from order placement to completion?
- How large is the percentage of shipments delivered on time?
- Is it more efficient to do hand-overs or make detours?
The data is there, ready to be analyzed!
